Deliverables / The Program
A group practice in a collaborative non-coercive space, that over the course of 9-12 weeks, supports nervous system regulation.
A body-based simple movement intervention found to as effective as talk therapy, grounded in over two decades of research.
A holistic preventative practice that has outcomes for social, emotional, physical and mental health.
A present moment experience to restore agency, trust, and confidence in the innately wise Self which quietly resides inside each of us regardless of what we have lived through.
